Fair questions.

Prices are in Canadian dollars, plus applicable tax. Ad spend is never marked up and never runs through us.

Do I need a StoneSwap design studio?

Yes. That's what the ads send people to. Homeowners design in your studio with your real products, and that's what makes these leads worth calling.

No studio yet? Book a call and we'll introduce you to StoneSwap.

What counts as a lead?

A homeowner in your area who signs in to save the design they made in your studio. You get their name and email, their photo, the products they picked and their town.

People who also ask for an estimate are flagged. Those are your hottest leads, and they're the headline number in your report.

Who pays for the ads, and who owns the accounts?

You do, on both. Ad spend goes straight from your card to Meta and Google, in ad accounts that belong to you. We're added as a partner. If you ever leave, everything stays with you.

How fast will I see results?

First designs usually come in during week one. The ads then learn for 4 to 6 weeks and get cheaper. That's why there's a 3-month minimum: a one-month test fails by design.

What do you need from my team?

One thing: call or text every new lead within 24 hours, ideally within 5 minutes. Ads bring you designs. You turn them into jobs. If nobody follows up, we'll tell you honestly that this isn't the right time.

It's the slow season. Is now a bad time?

Homeowners plan in winter and build in spring. Leads that come in now are the jobs you book first when the ground thaws. Indoor tile and flooring run all year.

We tried Facebook ads before and they didn't work.

Most of those ads asked strangers to request a quote. Ours offer a free design of their own yard or room, which is a much easier yes, and you get their photo and product picks instead of a cold name.

What if leads come from outside my area?

We target people who live within your service radius (usually 25–40 km in cities, 50–80 km rural) and tighten it as we see where your best leads come from.

Not sure yet? Let's look at your studio together.

Twenty minutes, no slides. We'll make a design live and map out your area and budget.
